According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Sedgwick County, KS voting-age population of 392,877 people, 71.46% of them (280,732 people) identified their race as White Alone, 8.77% of them (34,455 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 8.46% of them (33,239 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
