According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Logan County, KY voting-age population of 20,978 people, 88.32% of them (18,528 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.19% of them (1,298 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.33% of them (698 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
