According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Metcalfe County, KY voting-age population of 7,867 people, 94.73% of them (7,452 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.71% of them (213 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.23% of them (97 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
