According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Rowan County, KY voting-age population of 19,815 people, 93.18% of them (18,463 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.80% of them (555 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.69% of them (334 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
