According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Howard County, MD voting-age population of 251,136 people, 51.69% of them (129,822 people) identified their race as White Alone, 19.37% of them (48,638 people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 18.74% of them (47,069 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
