According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Middlesex County, MA voting-age population of 1,313,737 people, 70.39% of them (924,740 people) identified their race as White Alone, 12.72% of them (167,073 people) identified their race as Asian Alone, and 6.82% of them (89,643 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
