According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Adams County, MS voting-age population of 23,528 people, 54.26% of them (12,765 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 39.58% of them (9,312 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 3.08% of them (724 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
