According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Holmes County, MS voting-age population of 12,981 people, 81.48% of them (10,577 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 16.49% of them (2,140 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 1.57% of them (204 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
