According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Jones County, MS voting-age population of 50,776 people, 65.84% of them (33,431 people) identified their race as White Alone, 26.98% of them (13,700 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.60% of them (1,829 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
