According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Pontotoc County, MS voting-age population of 23,286 people, 79.36% of them (18,480 people) identified their race as White Alone, 13.55% of them (3,156 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.44% of them (801 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
