According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Scott County, MS voting-age population of 20,301 people, 51.78% of them (10,511 people) identified their race as White Alone, 35.12% of them (7,129 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 8.83% of them (1,793 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
