According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Simpson County, MS voting-age population of 19,729 people, 63.37% of them (12,503 people) identified their race as White Alone, 32.82% of them (6,474 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 2.51% of them (496 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
