According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Barton County, MO voting-age population of 8,773 people, 91.22% of them (8,003 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.13% of them (538 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.35% of them (118 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
