According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Buchanan County, MO voting-age population of 66,126 people, 84.74% of them (56,032 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.96% of them (3,943 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 5.07% of them (3,353 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
