According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cass County, MO voting-age population of 81,653 people, 86.56% of them (70,682 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.11% of them (4,990 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.30% of them (3,509 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
