According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cole County, MO voting-age population of 60,163 people, 83.13% of them (50,014 people) identified their race as White Alone, 9.75% of them (5,868 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.37% of them (2,626 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
