According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Dent County, MO voting-age population of 11,245 people, 93.03% of them (10,461 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.09% of them (572 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.53% of them (59 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
