According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among New Madrid County, MO voting-age population of 12,540 people, 79.63% of them (9,986 people) identified their race as White Alone, 15.57% of them (1,952 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.76% of them (472 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
