According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Randolph County, MO voting-age population of 19,421 people, 87.89% of them (17,069 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.20% of them (1,204 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.42% of them (859 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
