According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cascade County, MT voting-age population of 65,587 people, 85.34% of them (55,970 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.25% of them (4,100 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.30% of them (2,819 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
