According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among McKinley County, NM voting-age population of 52,680 people, 76.82% of them (40,469 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, 11.89% of them (6,261 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 4.70% of them (2,475 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
