According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cass, ND voting-age population of 142,934 people, 84.69% of them (121,044 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.73% of them (8,188 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.93% of them (5,618 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
