According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Williams County, ND voting-age population of 29,793 people, 79.88% of them (23,798 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.80% of them (2,027 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.79% of them (1,427 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
