According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Belmont County, OH voting-age population of 53,782 people, 92.16% of them (49,564 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.46% of them (1,860 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 3.37% of them (1,810 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
