According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Fayette County, OH voting-age population of 22,198 people, 92.83% of them (20,606 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.66% of them (812 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.97% of them (437 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
