According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Putnam County, OH voting-age population of 25,676 people, 94.13% of them (24,168 people) identified their race as White Alone, 2.76% of them (708 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, and 2.45% of them (629 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
