According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Carter, OK voting-age population of 36,685 people, 70.57% of them (25,890 people) identified their race as White Alone, 9.61% of them (3,524 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 8.23% of them (3,018 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
