According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Garvin County, OK voting-age population of 19,448 people, 77.58% of them (15,088 people) identified their race as White Alone, 8.66% of them (1,684 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 7.34% of them (1,427 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
