According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Mayes, OK voting-age population of 29,692 people, 66.42% of them (19,721 people) identified their race as White Alone, 18.95% of them (5,627 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 12.59% of them (3,737 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
