According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Dorchester County, SC voting-age population of 121,251 people, 65.25% of them (79,110 people) identified their race as White Alone, 23.45% of them (28,431 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.87% of them (7,122 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
