According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Marlboro County, SC voting-age population of 21,584 people, 49.68% of them (10,722 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, 42.28% of them (9,126 people) identified their race as White Alone, and 4.10% of them (884 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
