According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Eastland County, TX voting-age population of 13,986 people, 84.23% of them (11,781 people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.06% of them (988 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 5.11% of them (715 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
