According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Lamar County, TX voting-age population of 38,400 people, 75.65% of them (29,048 people) identified their race as White Alone, 12.40% of them (4,763 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 6.12% of them (2,349 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
