According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Medina County, TX voting-age population of 38,971 people, 63.83% of them (24,875 people) identified their race as White Alone, 19.46% of them (7,585 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 12.15% of them (4,733 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
