According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Refugio County, TX voting-age population of 5,244 people, 63.90% of them (3,351 people) identified their race as White Alone, 18.17% of them (953 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 10.60% of them (556 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
