According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Victoria County, TX voting-age population of 68,803 people, 60.58% of them (41,680 people) identified their race as White Alone, 18.34% of them (12,617 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 12.47% of them (8,581 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
