According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Washington County, TX voting-age population of 28,261 people, 68.24% of them (19,286 people) identified their race as White Alone, 15.49% of them (4,377 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 8.84% of them (2,498 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
