According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Windham County, VT voting-age population of 37,893 people, 91.40% of them (34,633 people) identified their race as White Alone, 5.04% of them (1,909 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.13% of them (427 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
