According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Barbour County, WV voting-age population of 12,330 people, 93.76% of them (11,561 people) identified their race as White Alone, 3.42% of them (422 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 2.08% of them (256 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
