According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Douglas County, WI voting-age population of 35,640 people, 91.38% of them (32,569 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.51% of them (1,608 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.75% of them (623 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
