California American Indian and Alaska Native Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the California voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 475,594 people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, which is 1.54% of the total voting-age population of California.

Los Angeles County had the highest number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population (128,627), followed by Riverside County (32,260), and San Diego County (31,748).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Sierra County (18), Alpine County (174), and Mono County (235).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Alpine County had the highest percentage, with 17.25% of its voting-age population identifying their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, followed by Inyo County (11.57%), and Del Norte County (7.34%).
