South Carolina Asian Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the South Carolina voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 71,009 people who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 1.77% of the total voting-age population of South Carolina.

Greenville County had the highest number of Asian Alone voting-age population (10,045), followed by Richland County (9,264), and Spartanburg County (6,400).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Asian Alone voting-age population were: Allendale County (17), Calhoun County (22), and Saluda County (24).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, York County had the highest percentage, with 2.94% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Richland County (2.83%), and Berkeley County (2.54%).
