According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Illinois voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 3,426 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.03% of the total voting-age population of Illinois.

Cook County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (1,459), followed by Lake County (348), and DuPage County (235).
