According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Kentucky voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 2,528 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.07% of the total voting-age population of Kentucky.

Jefferson County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (457), followed by Warren County (418), and Hardin County (303).
