According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Ohio voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 3,597 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.04% of the total voting-age population of Ohio.

Hamilton County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (443), followed by Franklin County (417), and Butler County (333).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population were: Vinton County (0), Union County (0), and Putnam County (0).
