According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Tennessee voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 2,950 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 0.06% of the total voting-age population of Tennessee.

Montgomery County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (688), followed by Davidson County (271), and Shelby County (252).
