According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Utah voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 23,909 people who identified their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, which is 1.03% of the total voting-age population of Utah.

Salt Lake County had the highest number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population (13,997), followed by Utah County (4,401), and Davis County (2,139).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone voting-age population were: Rich County (0), Piute County (0), and Morgan County (0).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Salt Lake County had the highest percentage, with 1.60% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Native Hawaiian And Pacific Islander Alone, followed by Utah County (0.99%), and Davis County (0.87%).
