According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Arkansas voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 90,012 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.89% of the total voting-age population of Arkansas.

Benton County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (17,173), followed by Washington County (16,443), and Pulaski County (12,247).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Woodruff County (25), Prairie County (25), and Newton County (28).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Sevier County had the highest percentage, with 16.39% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Yell County (11.02%), and Bradley County (9.19%).
