Illinois Some Other Race Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Illinois voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 812,852 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 8.13% of the total voting-age population of Illinois.

Cook County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (511,622), followed by Lake County (60,666), and Kane County (57,674).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Hardin County (6), Scott County (9), and Edwards County (9).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Kane County had the highest percentage, with 14.83% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Cook County (12.26%), and Lake County (11.15%).
