According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Kansas voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 99,042 people who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 4.44% of the total voting-age population of Kansas.

Sedgwick County had the highest number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population (21,560), followed by Wyandotte County (16,773), and Johnson County (13,057).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Some Other Race Alone voting-age population were: Decatur County (5), Republic County (6), and Trego County (7).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Seward County had the highest percentage, with 25.67% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Ford County (22.59%), and Grant County (19.09%).
